General terms and conditions of the online store are presented in accordance with Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Electronic Communications Act (ECA).
General business conditions apply to the online store operating, the rights and obligations of the online store user and store, and to the business relationship between the seller and buyer.
We suggest that you carefully read the terms and conditions listed below before submitting an online order. By using this website you agree to the terms and conditions herein. Medilip d.o.o. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on the website http://www.medilip.si/ at any time. All changes are binding on buyers, therefore make sure to read the current business conditions before placing an order.
The http://www.medilip.si/ website is an online store operated by the company Medilip d.o.o., Jenkova ulica 36, 3000 Celje, Tax ID No.: SI66654572, Registration No.: 2158795000, which is also the e-commerce provider (also referred to as the seller). For information regarding your order and delivery you can contact us by phone at 0(3) 548 12 34 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. The user is bound by the terms and conditions which are in force at the time of the online order submission. A submitted purchase order therefore represents the conclusion of a sales contract. The sales contract or purchase order is stored by the seller and the buyer can obtain it by written request at any time within 5 years following the submission of the order. The seller has the right to contact the buyer before the delivery via phone or e-mail in order to verify the given contact data. If on the basis of the given data the seller cannot contact the buyer, the seller might consider the submitted purchase order void.
The buyer can return an item if its characteristics are different from those explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sends the wrong product or the wrong quantity of it, or if the product otherwise deviates from the buyer's order. The buyer can return an item within 8 days of purchase and demands an immediate identical and flawless replacement, or by the statutory deadline and under the conditions of claiming return deriving from factual error. The buyer can return an item in person or, by prior arrangement with the seller, by post at the seller's expense. If you want to return an item at our expense, you need to contact a Medilp d.o.o. employee, who will send a courier to your address.
Right of Withdrawal from Purchase
All order cancellations are subject to general terms and conditions and applicable legal provisions on the return of goods. The return of goods is regulated by the provisions of Article 43č of the Consumer Protection Act, which states: "For any distance contract the consumer has the right to inform the company in writing within 15 days about their withdrawal from the contract without giving any reason for their decision. The notification is considered timely if the message was submitted within a specified time interval. This period begins on the day following the delivery." The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods without any compensation within fifteen (15) days after receiving their purchase. However, the buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred in the return of purchased goods. The buyer must notify the seller about the intended return in writing within 15 days after receiving the goods either by post or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the goods within 15 days after sending the notification of withdrawal. Return of goods without prior written notification within 15 days after receiving it is also regarded as withdrawal from purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. An invoice copy must be enclosed. The possibility of returning the item does not apply if the original packaging or security label was removed. The seller refunds the buyer the full purchase price within 15 days after receiving the returned goods. Returned goods should be sent to the following address: Medilip d.o.o., Jenkova ulica 36, 3000 Celje. We recommend that you use a delivery service that enables shipment tracking and adequately prepare the items for transport (you can use the original or other suitable safe packaging). Shipping costs are borne by the sender unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cash on delivery parcels are not accepted!
The buyer has no right to cancel the contract in the following cases:
- contracts on goods or services with a value depending on the developments in the financial markets on which the company has no influence,
- contracts on goods which were manufactured in accordance with the costumer's precise instructions, which were adapted to their specific needs and which by their nature are not suitable for return,
- contracts on returns if the security label was removed by the buyer.
