After receiving the product, the buyer should carefully examine the packaging and its contents. In the event of item damage the buyer is liable to inform the deliverer immediately. The buyer is obliged to draw up an official record together with the postal worker, with particular attention to the section on the state of the packaging and the product. The buyer will resign the damaged item, which will be sent together with the official record to the address of the sender at the expense of Medilip d.o.o. Upon receiving the damaged item, a new item will be sent to the buyer as soon as possible. If damage is noticed after the item delivery, but not later than 30 days after delivery, the buyer should report it at email@example.com or call 0(3) 548 12 34. Reporting a damaged item within 30 days after delivery requires the original packaging on the basis of which the cause of damage is identified. It is also desirable to record the damage with a camera and send the photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any subsequent claims of item damage are taken into account by the deliverers in exceptional cases only and cannot be resolved on their behalf by our company.
