The online price applies to all purchases made on this website and already contains the specified discount, which may vary.
- Cash on delivery. The order is paid in cash to the deliverer at the time of delivery. The amount is given when ordering on the website (+ shipping 3.05). Regardless of the chosen payment option an invoice will be sent to your email address (in pdf format) immediately after the delivery or in physical form immediately upon receipt of the package.
- Bank transfer to Medilip d.o.o. account (after offer/pro forma invoice).
The current item price is the one published on the day of the order. Delivery costs are calculated according to GLS prices. In the case of a single order over 70 € the delivery is free of charge. Offer and prices are valid while stocks last or until your written order cancellation. All prices include VAT. All goods are subject to a 22% tax rate. Images are symbolic and do not always reflect the real situation. Our website and other advertisements may include errors. We reserve the right to change or modify our website and other advertisements without prior notice. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 15 days of the delivery date in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) without giving any reason.

Complaints and Disputes
The seller respects the existing consumer protection legislation. The seller makes every effort to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and to designate a person, whom, in the event of a problem, the buyer can contact by phone or email. The complaint shall be submitted by email to email@example.com. Complaint handling procedure is confidential. The provider is aware that the main feature of a consumer dispute, at least in terms of judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also the main reason why the consumer does not initiate proceedings before the court. Therefore, the provider should do their best to resolve any disputes by mutual agreement.
